Project Description

This serene villa retreat, nestled within a vast 5000 sqm landscape, is designed to offer tranquility, breathtaking views, and a deep connection with nature. Surrounded by rice fields and village scenery, its compact footprint of less than 500 sqm ensures minimal environmental impact while maximizing the experience of open space. The architectural layout follows a harmonious sequence, beginning at the grand entrance gate, leading into an expansive open garden, where an edible landscape of fruits, vegetables, and a greenhouse fosters sustainability and immersion into nature. Adjacent to this, a fishing pond, complemented by a Koi fishpond, enhances both the scenic and interactive elements of the site. The villa itself, positioned at the rear of the plot, emerges as a hidden sanctuary, ensuring privacy while offering uninterrupted views. The main villa building, featuring an open-plan layout, embraces natural light and cross-ventilation, fostering passive cooling and an organic living experience. To the front, a detached shelter with a Mushalla provides a peaceful prayer space, enriching the spiritual aspect of the residence. At the very back, a gym facility integrates seamlessly with a vibrant flower garden, while a barbecue shelter near the swimming pool creates a relaxed social atmosphere. Circulation throughout the site encourages visitors to first experience the gardens, then transition toward the villa, and finally arrive at the pool area framed by fragrant lavender blooms. The material palette, composed of stone, exposed concrete, and sustainable wooden decking, reinforces a timeless, durable, and ecologically responsible aesthetic. Every element-from the landscape to the built environment-is meticulously arranged to cultivate a balanced retreat, where nature, sustainability, and luxury coexist effortlessly.
